New hack going around?

***** or something and it advertises automatically, even providing a website. I had this, and i have no clue how it go there, i had to uninstall soldat to get rid of it. I know it's not only me, because i just saw someone advertise it. It had a minimap, like the one said for in 1.4 for regs among other things.

I just registered to say I got the same thing today! I was in Leo's R/S/A server and somebody else had that hack going. I closed Soldat, and when I reopened it, I had that hack! I did not in any way do anything to have this installed on my computer. This is a legitimate problem.

Okay, here's the scoop:

The hack auto-downloads to your pc when you join certain servers. It then provides you, automatically, without you choosing to, with an aimbot and several other hacks. You have no choice but to uninstall soldat to get rid of it, and even then I'm not sure really if it's gone. Apparently, although I don't know for sure, it also gives the capability of controlling certain elements of your soldat game to the hacker who made it.

This, then, is not a hack, it is a Trojan or Virus. You don't have a choice as to if you download it or not.

I know this because someone I know apparently knows the person who designed it, and he told me all about it. Also, one of my friends got it accidentally when joining an infected server and looked at it for a bit.

Yes, now that I see it seems like it auto-installs, I'm unbanning him.

The hack auto-installs.  It only works on 1.3.1.  You get it installed by joining certain servers.

try searching your computer for .zip files and other file types, it might help with finding and deleting the hack permanetly, it will also help with spyware zlob downloader is one i found zipped on my comp

That sounds fairly dangerous, i dont wanna be a hacker, not for one second. Maybe there needs to be a trojan detector on soldat or something.

wow, kudos to the hacker, i dont know much about hacks but finding an exploit like this and auto installing it when you join the servers is a pretty crazy idea.

Is this happening in 1.4 or 1.3.1? The topic poster said something about 1.4, but brick is saying it only works in 1.3.1.

I am still a little confused about this, how is it possible that the server is installing a hack for you?  I didn't think the servs had that much access to our pc.
