Help with Hosting. Was "?!?!?!?!?!?!?!"

   ???hi im new here and u may look down on me but i was wondering about hosting...
i play WC3 alot and i cant host cuz my port aint opend usually its 6112 i think but i was wondering if soldat was the same for hosting becuase ppl trying to get in my game say my ping is 9999 which is total chaos for my comp i nvr lag@!!!!!!

Yes; you need to forward/open a couple of ports in order for others to play on your server if you're on a router. If you want to host a dedicated server you need to forward 23073 UDP and 23073 TCP (and additionally 23083 TCP if you want to use map downloading).

I assume you have firewall turned off already?  (Like windows firewall and any other software-firewall you may have)
If so go to your router's routing page with a list of all the port forwards.  As toumaz said you need to open those 3 ports.
Use enesce's server port tester to test if it works.  Tell us the results.
Use http://www.portforward.com to learn more about port forwarding.
