Please tell me if anything is wrong with this, especially if there are crashes, post reports!
There are some changes in the .ini files, I've included them in the zip.
Run with Debug_mode = 1 and post logs if there are crashes.

Scripting should work now but haven't tested really.
If it kicks people for no apparent reason set
Disable_AntiCheat_Kick=1; there's always BattlEye working
Report if there are middle map respawns.

Ok, I am running a server with this binary at 83.133.127.211:25890 Scripting works, I don't have the WM in front of the server's name even though weapons_realistic.ini is moded.

hey michal do we still need to have that oldlog = 0/1 in server.ini or not?

Edit: Nevermind there was an included server / soldat.ini ;)

hope this version is all good for you.. May i ask which extra function(s) in scripting we can expect for 2.6.2?

MM doesn't have anything to do with the scripting, so he doesnt know what the new features are.
xmRipper: Ofcourse its not, this only includes the latest released scripting engine.

Everything should be fixed here (BE), possibly the crash bug, so check it out.
Middle map respawns are a client side bug, so it wont be fixed now.

By Middle Map respawns do you mean when someone dies and respawns there instantly? If so then fixing it shouldnt be a focus as it doesnt really mess with gameplay.

I'm thinking this crash has something to do with logging.  Note in the below directory listing how the last log file before it crashed is 0 bytes in size:

Attached are the last logs that had stuff in them.  The small logs before it were me restarting the server a few times to make sure it was working.  The more I think about it, the more it seems like a logging thing.  When I run it again now, I'm going to turn logging off.

edit: oh yeah, and I was running with debug_mode 1, though the logs don't show anything interesting.

I don't know if this is the cause, but I noticed that after the 4th cap, it changes map.

After that it keeps repeating those last set of messages (rarely with the same IP) as if it registers in a million different places...  Is that like the lobby server, then like ASE, xfire, etc. etc.??  Or why are there so many lobby connection attempts?

Take it to a different topic Cappy....

I think he's confused because I had different settings before I changed it to this version.  When I did, I overwrote soldat.ini and it went back to a lot of default settings that I haven't changed yet.

zyxstand, lobby_ping is not a lobby register.  That is a client pinging the server from the in-game list

One last try with the 2.6.2 test.
See if the BE corrupt mem kicks happen and if there are any debug msgs. You'll need to post log files with debug_mode=1 for me to see what happened.

test 4 doesn't appear to crash for me, loading test 5 now
