Cannot connect to lobby server

So yeah, i cant get any servers at all, because it says couldnt connect to loddy server, when all my friends can  I can load webpages and use hamachi and stuff without trouble. Is it on the same port as something else perhaps? lol, i suck at networking, I let Hiro do my stuff for me

Unfortunately I don't think any of those stickies have any information about individual problems, they are more meant for when the old lobby used to crash and go offline all the time.  In fact, I think I'm going to unsticky all of those threads that were made for that reason.

Llama, e-mail me so that I can look into the problem with you.  I will look on the server at a specific time when you are clicking the "Request Servers" button and see if your request even makes it to the server.  I suspect that you have some kind of firewall on your computer that is  blocking Soldat.

If you want to try a few things first, I suggest disabling all software firewalls on your computer and seeing if that fixes it.  If not, e-mail me at support@puttynuts.com.

Well, if it's a port forwarding problem, http://portforward.com/routers.htm , an illustrated guide on how to forward ports for numerous routers. But it's probably a firewall problem like Flies says. Port forwarding problems surface when you're hosting a server.

You don't need to forward ports to make outgoing connections.
