It does work. Unzip the file to your soldat directory or make a folder in the Mods folder and unzip the file there.

It's a shame there is no way to modify the colour of the grenade trail, it would be awesome if it was the same colour as the nade.

Yes. It should use different file.

In fact I think all bullet entities should have their own bullettrail image, or at least have an option in the WM to use "custom trail." It would be a lot better for bullets that aren't constant aspect-ratio, say a circular-blob-esque bullet.

It should be "custom" option for much things (custom exp for grenade, law and m79 etc.)

there must be something wrong with my soldat then.... its getting to me that many of the mods i try dont seem to work, i musn't be unzipping them correcty or something.  anyone know anything about this?  i read in the manual that hacking the game will degrade it or something, t/f ?

Yes, hacking the game is illegal and will result in the game rendering itself to an unusable state.

Changing the graphics / sounds / maps (levels) around are NOT any kinds of hacking and won't screw with your Soldat.

i havnt hacked the game, only i got banned from a climbing server for "hacking"  it was just because i was using Neo-Soldat.  i think..  anyways i dont hack D:  why cant i install mods??

Have you tried copying the folders EXACTLY from jrgps mod into the Soldat directory? it should work.

the nade and m79 and spas trail is called bullet.bmp or .png whatever in weapons-gfx folder :O
