Quick-made map. Very simple layout, but with playtests show that this map is a helluva a lot of fun.  This is just one of those maps that you can't judge by the layout.

I would've posted something more interesting, but I'm impatient and couldn't wait to post a fun and simple map.  I have a lot of other maps in progress and currently play very well.  They should be out within a couple of days or even a week or two.  It'll be worth the wait.  In the meantime, enjoy this map.

Complex layouts don't always make a map interesting to play.  This map's a perfect example of the "keeping it simple" idea that a lot of mappers (including myself) seem to forsake.  I am inspired :P
For signatures, you are allowed only one image in your signature which may not be wider and taller than 300 and 125 pixels, and may not be over 20kB in file size. No BMPs are allowed.

Playtested map at 3on3. Fun map yeah, though it prefers auto pretty much (no places for m79 or barret).

The most annoying thing was that flags tend to drop down, then you've got invisible deadly polygons there, so flag get stuck on emptyness. Suggestion: Keep bottom mainly deadly but make some normal polys in deadly area so that player has chance to get flag from there (without getting himself killed).

Orgasmic. Add 2 giant flashlights to the top of the middle tower, each pointing at a base :O

I agree, that was the only real flaw I found while testing the map with several friends.  I originally planned to place colliders by the flags or make the edges of the platforms curve upwards to prevent the flag from falling out of place.  I decided to ditch the idea altogether because I felt that it would make the map even more chaotic or even possibly tactical.

As for the scenery, I agree that it is might be a bit bland and could use some slight enhancements such as lights or even foreign space objects such as stars or distant planets.  But I felt that leaving the map nearly empty would capture a more stronger and darker atmosphere.

You get a "win" on that one. I agree. Frankly, the ideas of what the place is their playing on is left to the player to ponder, or to not ponder. I like it that way, but most maps require some more detailed aesthetics on which to chew on..

You always have a lot of maps in progress :)

Yea, this map definitely screams "Don't judge me!" by the layout/overview. Playing with bots would be boring, so I won't download it. Would be nice to play on a server sometime.

By the way, how do you know enough people to test maps with? (don't answer this question). That would be roxzors if I could test maps like that. I guess right now, I have three potential people I know in my area.. but it never works out between them (shrugs)
