Server EPIC lag

Ho guys, I've problem, because players are playing on my server and few minutes later my server got BIG LAG (not big pings) but anybody can join and on arse I've this error:

On my server i've got some scripts:
- First Blood
- Colored Admin Message
- Stats & Ranks
- Extra knife point

Please help, what need to do?

Disable all scripts.
Start server and see if your problem occurs again.

If yes, then check if all ports are opened, if its not a server problem, check all settings...

If no, then enable the scripts one by one. Perhaps it's really just a script that fubars the server or the problem are 2 scripts that don't want to work together.
I had this too. I started the server, players joined and after 5 seconds "Server disconnected" for no reason. There weren't even an error message.

Oh, is your server hosted on a root or do you host it on your personal computer?

I would try it first with the Stats & Ranks script.
Anycase, please upload your Scripts folder here, would make it easier for us to discover the reason.

Hm, these scripts are fine, no big loops.
Is it still happening with the lag?

No now i have no lag on server, but he is shutting down, when he want it. And i dont know why. Server log:

How often is the shutting down appearing?

between 5 times for a day.

I deleted all of my scripts, and now my server isnt shutting down, but now he is LAGGING like in my first post, i dont know what is it, because on my server i ve got only server.ini, no ohter mods.

Hm, talk to the guy from which you are renting the server (they should have something like a help-line) and report the problem, as i dont see anything wrong with it.
