Soldat doesn't run ''smooth''

Hey guys, I recently bought myself a new computer..

Specs:

Sapphire Radeon HD7950 3GB
8GB Corsair Vengeance Ram
Corsair 750W Adapter
Samsung SSD 840 Pro series 256GB
Intel i7 Core 3770 Processor
Gigabyte z77x-d3h motherboard
Windows 7 Ultimate version installed.

Whenever I run soldat, its all smooth.

Up until people join the server and we start shooting each other it feels like a FPS drop, but it is simply not.
It's terribly annoying and I've tried basically anything to get this shit fixed.
From soldat options to graphics card settings, I have no clue of how this is happening.
Soldat is the only game that gives me this weird ''screen shaking'' issues, so That's why I don't have any idea why I get this..probably too pro pc or something..

Anyone got a solution to this? OR had this before?

Please any tip would be welcome!
can't play like this.. fucking paid a thousand bucks, and i can't even play soldat properly LOL.
