Server Showing as Passworded in Server List, but it Isnt!

Hi

In the Server List my server is showing that it is passworded. It has been showing this for the last 2 updates and the server has never been passworded in the 7 years its been active. Anyone can access the server even though its showing it to be passworded.



In my soldat.ini Game_Password=
Is there somewhere else something is messing this up?

This only started occurring when I updated to 2.7.5 and just updated to 2.7.6 and it still remains. Is there some way to fix this and remove the password symbol from my server in server list?

Do you get the same issue when you create a clean server?

What is the server ip, port, name?

I haven't created a clean server for awhile.

I have only ever had 3 servers (only 2 of which are running at the moment)

The server in question is:

Server IP: 209.190.150.70
Server Port: 23075
Name: |FA| Decaying Zombies


I really haven't changed anything in the files, just updated as required and the other server shows itself not passworded as normal.
It just doesn't make sense to me why one server would alter and the other server remain as before. :/

Rename the current soldat.ini to soldat.ini_bak and place a new soldat.ini in the server set the correct ports and run it.
Does it still how that it is passworted?

I agree with you and thanks for the link.
I did a small amount of testing.

I fired up another of my servers which also has bots. For a split second the server showed as not being passworded. See pic.


Then on a refresh.. it showed as passworded again. See pic.


I do think it is what Szaman says as its only my botted servers performing in this way.
Thanks again guys for your input and I will wait and watch for fixes.
I would assume people will see the server passworded and not join, so hopefully it can be resolved soon.
I thought it was just my female brain playing tricks on me lol.

To be clear - it's a bug registered 16.11.2013 at #0000468.
