DEDICATED SERVER PROBLEM

I have made dedicates server but its ping is marked as ???, - does it means **** internet connecton? I have ping with 100 or 116, how can it be so?? :'( :(

PLZ I NEED HELP CUZ I NEED DEDICATED SERVER...

you may be behind a router/firewall that can cause this. Read this article first and make sure you have done everything as it writes: http://forums.soldat.pl/index.php?topic=95.0
