« on: November 30, 2006, 05:33:01 pm »
Howdy partners, this map was made out of a sketch i made during a boring lesson of history. I wanted to create a map with an unusual but still realistic layout. Hudos Asteroidic CTF Map inspired with the close bases idea. Well, just check it out ;D
Oh and big thx to VirtualTT for scenery and texture! :)

Awesome layout, but the texture seems a little grainy and the scenery leaves something to be desired.  But then again I'm more into visually pleasing maps.  Overall great map.

That texture roxor my boxor. I'm liking that grass too, and the layout is sweet and the water is quite good. 9/10 from me.

The coloring is incredible, and the polys and scenery look great. Not sure about layout.
Edit:
OMG! Avarax, and a non CS map, could this be the begining of a new age of sexy?

Great job, the textrure choice is good.  The layout is great.  You could have multitextured the bridge supports to make it look more modern, but the ancient look works out (I just realized that it is supposed to be ancient).

Wowow! Really nice texturing and watereffects. The gameplay is attractive too,  I wouldn't wonder if it becomes default in some time!

Nice fixes, and no polybugs either, yeah! This map is close to perfection.
Good idea on the double layered water surface. I'm expecially amazed by the grass sceneries coupled with green polygons. The colours are excellent everywhere anyway.

Good job Avarax! Best map wit the Celtic one. :)

Is the second water layer set to back? If not, please do so.

So Demonic nominated 2 maps?
