It sounds like FanApps topic and about 15 pages with other application topics never existed.

List of mapmaking tool is taken from here, though he failed to put proper thumbnails for screenshots(omg i'm tired from scrolling) and ditched source code links. Also this list isn't even half-complete...

-Added conditions to meet in order to nalerzy progam has been added.
-Added (improved) thumbnail photos.
-Added a few new programs.
-Renovated older versions of the new.

Future plans:
-Make all programs for the attachments.
-Add descriptions.
-The author name is a link?
-And of course a further update.
