Zippy, you tried the /beclient test command as well? And there is no other error message before Soldat crashes?

Could you guys also check the Windows event log for entries (section: application)? Go to Start->Run... and type "eventvwr.msc". I am not sure if this works on Windows Vista and 7, if not check the control panel or search on google.

For errors relating to Soldat during the time you tested. If you double-click the entries you should see details.

When I do /beclient test, it seems to simply say that it's enabled. No other message, other than the usual BE client up-to-date and such. Here's a screeny for you, good sir.  ;D

I think we're getting somewhere, $able.

ki0sk, sure, send them.

Zippy, no error entries in there? It should say "Error" on the left (with a different symbol).

Had a friend with a similar problem. Got him to do /beclient test

Here's the message that appeared when it crashed:

"Exception: 5 0EEDFADE 7C812AFB 1 00000000 7 0050290B 0196A324"

Could you enable testing ("/beclient test") and give me a screenshot of the exception window (if it comes up)?

That one is normal on a mapchange. Does he get any other message before it crashes (when that one doesn't come up)?

Wait for BE to update.

But you still get the above AVs?

Please, could you all test v1.109 with "/beclient test" enabled (make sure to enable it AFTER BE updated to 1.109!)? This will probably bring back the fps problem, but as people started to report these problems after I fixed it, I need to know if this is the reason.
