Alright guide but I'd advise you to get SUPERAntispyware Free instead of Spybot.

Spybot takes too long and barely find any viruses from my experience. ( SAP found all viruses on the 3-5 people's computers I helped with )

+CCleaner
+Upgrade
+Get more RAM or just a better computer ( Custom built kthx )

You do NOT want to change your DNS servers to those listed, that won't gain you anything at all, poses a high security risk, and will most likely leave you unable to browse websites by domain names. Don't do that; it won't improve speeds in game or FPS.

About changing your monitor's refresh rate, don't do it; leave it as it's default. If you raise it above the monitor's limit, you WILL severely damage your monitor.

As for getting your FPS over 100, it's more for showing off than actual gameplay and visual improvements. I'm content with my normal 80-90FPS which I've had for years.

and rivatuner is actually overclocking the graphics card, so you are doing it on your own risk

and as jrgp said, the dns adress isnt a smart idea, use the obtain automatically dns adress or use the one that your internet service provider (isp) gave you

So half of the stuff here is potentially dangerous to your computer? IF it is, it's not worth taking the risk then...

Setting priority to high just makes my PC unstable. Might be just me though. Playing windowed and resizing it to full screen gives a better fps as well.

A good guide deserves a "good job" comment. Making a guide with steps that may harm your computer hardware, add extra security risks, or have nothing to do with the FPS rate of a game, doesn't deserve a good job at all.

1) High FPS isn't what everyone wants
2) What you wrote was largely common sense which could be found elsewhere, with a lot of what wasn't being dangerous and foolhardy.
3) You posted it in the wrong section.

Yeah, who wants a guide that would seriously or could potential harm or destroy their computer. And alot of people, even myself use an older computer to play soldat and most of the stuff you put here would be an easily harm factor because older computers don't run as well as the new technology does.

This method is to be considered unsafe. It may potentially harm your hardware, and as such is not recommendable. This will be locked.
