It's true, marijuana actually has health benefits and is in some countries a legal medicine, which is old news.
But it doesn't cause cancer...

only 2 of those actually cause mutations. So on the Cancer causing Superlist Sunshine can join the ranks of tobacco smoke, Radiation and time. but sweat and water are not. Marijuana is actually used to treat cancers.

Well it would take more than an average life time (If there is any definition for average) so it's not a hazard that lots of people would fear.
