I've been noticing that my personal text (not posting etc.) seems to make the poster info column wider. Would it be a good idea to put it on multiple lines?

That's odd. It appears on multiple lines for me. What browser are you using?

It's on one line for me but the poster info column isn't wider than on any other page for me.

the number of lines it shows up on depends on your browser, resolution, and how big/what shape you have your browser window set to
