OMG!!!

*downloading*

I don't like the laser/thunder thing, but the rest is nice.

I changed my mind, everything is incredible in this map. Actually I think the whole thunder could be made from deadly polys, right now it has ordinary obstacle feeling which is strange.

I made this "raw" overview to have a better look on the layout. you really cant tell all the passages from the normal overview ;)

astonishing map, your polyart and multitexturing is simply of the highest class available. the layout looks good aswell...

:D thanks for nice comments, and for Avarax for that overview...
Well i tried to find some kind of unusual map barrier, so i made this *magical barrier*. It woks fine in spite of that it is made with thin polugons... If it was made from deadly polys it cause lots of selfkills especially for bots...

Nice looks, but bad framrate due to high polycount. Layout is ok for a DM map.

(looking forward to the tw_battlefield update, if you still planning to...) I give it a five... out of five...  (Adam Sesslar XD)

Holy christ. I really believe you're the best soldat mapper. This map is truly awesome.

Off-topic: did you ever think about mapping for more complex games? With that talent you could make amazing stuff.

The bad framerate is caused by edges rendering, if you turn that off there shouldn't be much difference in the framerate compared to low poly maps. This map is fantastic :)

Very nice map, my favourite bit is the sand on the rocks, I got no idea how you made it so... :) That's like wow..

//Offtopic- Anna how do you turn off edge rendering?

Run Config.exe and uncheck "Render smooth polygons" under Performance.

Thanks again for nice comments  ::)

- this map has blank edge so edge rendering isn't nesessary at all

- i'm mostly Oblivion modmaker...

Very nice visual, there are about 8 textures in one map! And scenery is sweet too. Impressed.

[offtopic] If 1700 polys becomes default omg I'm guna die :[. Also <3 Annas new avatar I never bothered to look at. :P [/offtopic]

[ontopic]Too many freaking textures :OOOO. Scared me. Very nice visual. Pretty good gameplay, waypoints are good. I want it just for the scenery xD.

No other map is more beautiful then this map ;)

**Thumbs Up**

...If someone doesn´t think so, he should show me a pic of an other BETTER one!
But I think the Gameplay is not particularly the best.
It´s developable.

Well the layout is suffering from tonnels that all have right aligned slopes (they wasn't disigned like this originally).
I think simething like this would be better:

I think it's ok as it is right now. Most of your maps are kind of slow, you can take cover around corners and wait for the right moment to attack, if you have a "local" 1on1 with someone in deathmatch. The default soldat maps are just about flying very fast and having the best aiming (in deathmatch at least).
