I'm looking to buy a TV Tuner for my computer (it lives only feet from my television), but the world of video capture devices is far removed from my realm of expertise. I'm looking for a budget card as this is, most likely, going to be used on one or two TV series. Other than that I'm fine with anything as long as it won't break the second I touch it. Any suggestions ?
Edit: I'd like to point out that I'm using an analogue connection, so I don't need a digital card.
