Title: Store the "Don't use simlies" option

I don't like having to use the reply button, open up additional options and uncheck the smilie box just for a quick reply. I simply prefer text based ones.

I'm pretty sure there isn't a filter for similes.

Full support for this. Could do with an option to simply turn off smilies in all posts too...
