Title: Question about minimap

Well, I'm registered now and look forward to this minimap (SUNDAY OMG), however I am wondering how it will handle a map like airpirates, on which the playable portion is tiny compared to the huge red deadlys surrounding it. Will I see the full map or is there some way to only view part of it (eg a zoom function).

Won't that make maps like air pirates and cubes really cramped looking?

Slightly.  You can still tell where you are.  However, this really only impacts team matches since you don't have any teammates to keep track of in normal death matches.

I'd turn it off most of the time unless i am playing a clan match or something.

will it have a quick key to turn it on and off like what f2 does?

I believe it's gonna be F2.

It doesn't show anything you don't know. that makes it kind of pointless, right?

Change it to SHIFT and TeamChat to CTRL... It's really good ;)
