I doubt if it will have any success, there are alot of other forums around and this one doesn't really add something new.
My advice would be to find original topics and subforums to catch the audience's intrest. You could also make a Soldat skin to make the forum feel more Soldat-ish.
I'll keep checking it out and register when there's life in it.
