me and me friends play with weapon choosers but because we all dont have the identical weapons my friends complain about having a p90 with 30 shots in the magazine so i wanted to ask you guys if there is a possibility of having difrent weapons and weapon data in the same server??

It's not possible. The server reads the data from files called weapons.ini and weapons_realistic.ini and it can't be different for different persons. It would enable easy cheating and you know what happens next. It's also not possible to add new weapons without extra coing...

by theway do you know where to get good inis for modified weapons like p90 m16....

The best way is to mod it yourself and change it to be better through extensive playtesting. And by "playtesting", I mean foolin' around with your friends who are about as good as you and trying to make it so everyone's good with every weapon.
