Title: server list: respawn type bug

I've noticed a bug in server list. Some servers with survival mode on have respawn type "max x" instead of "survival".

can you please explain more and perhaps add a screenshot to your explanation?

I took this screenshot few minutes ago:

I've selected some boxes in "Filters" (they can be seen in the screenshot) and requested servers. Around 10 complied with requirements - and it was shown that all of them had respawn type "max <something>", no one had "survival" respawn. Howewer, some of them had R/S in name, and when I joined them, I saw at the top of the screen "X team players left" and had to wait until all players from one of the teams died - so it was genuine survival.
