Title: Speedy Active Topics Page

I've recently upgraded our Active Topics page for speed reasons. Now it doesn't exponentially increase the number of queries with the number of topics. You can get topics within the last month without worrying about page timeouts.

If you notice any problems with the page, please post them here. Suggestions can go to in this thread (http://forums.soldat.pl/index.php?topic=16630.0). Thanks!

For a small amount of active topics, like a few hours worth:

Old:
