Title: parachutes?

i like parachutes, but i don't get to play alot of maps that uses them. do people not like them nor appreciate them? i think it's a shame.

You can just jet and it goes away, so it really doesn't bother me.

They really are kind of pointless.  The only time I enjoy them are on trenchwar maps where if you dont use them you don't have enough jets to save yourself from the fall.

oh. so your saying if realistic mode is used more often, (which realistic mode sucks) and if there were more battle field like maps, they would be used more and be more popular and handy?

I think its pretty explainable why MM added them to soldat. When you see soldiers in movies arrive to their destination, they just don't fall from the sky like nothing lol.

I'm just saying that that's my personal opinion.  I can't speak for the soldat community.

That's why I like them in realistic mode.  In normal mode, soldiers falling from the sky parachuteless is acceptable.   :D

Your opinion on parachutes! Are they useful? How do you utilize them? It's clear parachutes are there for realistic.

I play realistic once in a while. It isn't that bad and I think it takes more skill than regular, you have to play very smart....

parachutes are only used in realistic mode.....in none realistic no one need them they just fall from a 10 stories hill and land on ther legs......
