Title: Starship Troopers II

I am pleased to announce the release of Starship Troopers II. This mod follows up many requests from the previous version. Hopefully this mod is more in-tune with the films and books for those who read, Enjoy!

P.S This mod is totaly compatable with Lord Ivahn's mod configurator and therefore compatable with the Warhammer 40,000 mod. Another reason to try my other work!

The first flick is an awesome sci-fi action movie, not one of Verhoeven's greatest, but a really fun movie still. However, the sequel is HORRIBLE! Another direct-to-video sequel that tries to sell itself using the success of the first movie ("Walking Tall 2", "The Dukes of Hazzard: The Beginning" etc etc). Sorry for offtopic.  :-[

I liked the first movie, it could have been done better but it was gone nonetheless.
I never saw the scond, but judging by reviews i doubt i ever will! lol

Nice mod, though the weapons might be too hard to recognise form each other as they are very much alike.

And speaking of going form Warhammer to Starship Troopers, I've made Starship Trooper and Frontiermen (Natural Selection) colours for the the Imperial Guard in Dawn of War. Also for the Natural Selection feel, I've made a Kharaa colours for the Tyranid mod. :D

In fact I like this more than Warhammer (in general, not just concrete modder's work, except Whm:40k MOD by FlagshipVG) because more shooter/killing theme and I see, it's time for remake my Bug or Tyranid Warrior gostek, maybe I make that with some Tyranid weapons, who known, but those weapons fit into my gaming style :P
I post there gostek (or maybe gosteks) soon, when I have time for that. ;)

It looks good, but I don't like starship troopers too much.


I may release my tryanids soon. Just gotta finish the Death Korps of Krieg guns.

This looks like it doesn't have enough political crap in it to be true to the book, which was about 80%-90% about politics. Women have better reflexes so they should be pilots, corporal punishment is good, we kill what we don't understand, blah blah blah blah blah.

I don't really get a good idea of what the weapons look like from the preview image.

Rob i really like this mod but i was just wondering if that bug gostek from the old version was still floating around ??
This mod would be awesome for Zombie servers....
1st movie rocked
2nd flunked
3rd Better then the 2nd but still flunked had one good battle scene
