Title: Register Serv?

Do you have to go with a site such as u13.net, or EnEsCe to have a server? Because whenever I invite people to my server, (Dedicated), it doesn't work. Can you tell me why this is?

I don't understand what you're trying to ask. Anyhow I recommend reading some of the stickies under Server Help. It shows you how to run a dedicated server, foward ports, ect.
