This guy (http://forums.soldat.pl/index.php?action=profile;u=3643) has an avatar that's way over the size and yet the forum didn't re size it.

I see a perfectly normal 90x90 avatar.

He means that his avatar is 115.72 KB.

And I don't think that the forum resizes it or just not allow it.

hm... I thought that the forum used the first frame if it was over the allowed limit or re sized it if it was too large.

The forum enforces the 90x90 restriction, not the file size limit.
