Title: "Join spectator" menu item in DM/PM/Rambo

The topic tittle says it quite well. In CTF you can select the team from menu, and join spectators while ingame, but you can't do that in DM.

Oh, also a possibility to join the game when spectating.

or, make it as simple as possible, and when you check the Spectators box when entering a game you can still change teams.

F12, it's a pain having to rejoin; this should have been here to begin with.

From Soldat 1.5.0:
- Fixed players who join as spectator are unable to select Change Team menu
