Title: 3 minor suggestions

#1: Include server name, ip and port in the scoreboard.
#2: Server history for last 10 servers.
#3: Ability to turn the music on in the menu if intro is disabled, and ability to stop the music in menu if intro is enabled.

Agree at all.

#1: Important to show your skills ;D
#2: The same as higher.
#3: It's damn anoying so it would be good to be able to turn it off.
