Title: /clear clears console

/clear clears a client's console.. not such a "must have" but a nice little feature that would be cool, if you find the time to implement it. (Its a local command)

i dunno about server tho, if EnEsCe decides to add a command to clear the console or not.. Would make issues with admin programs not clearing though, maybe.. maybe not such a good idea on the server.
