When you are being banned or kicked there should be possibility to be informed what you were banned, kicked for.
e.g:
/kick2 "Reason"
/ban2 "Reason"
No need to type the reason. If using /kick2 only, the "Reason" will not be displayed.
You can see it later, in the lobby what you were kicked for.

It's a good idea, but there's no need for extra commands. Just use the current /kick and /ban. You can leave it empty, or add a reason with this suggestion.
-
If you kick someone he probably knows what hes doing(Assuming youre not on some random server, but hey, thats what you get for going somewhere like that.).

u cant even type commands in the lobby.

Nobody's suggesting anything to do with typing commands in the lobby. An admin in-game types, for example, /ban 1 noob, to ban me, then I try to rejoin the game, and it would say to me:
"You have been banned on this server. Reason: noob".

Wolfenstein gave a similar Message when you got kicked/Banned.
Might also give a better clue as to when a kick is done by an admin or if its a connection/hardware/any other kind of technical problem.

Already done.
