The /\\/ tag stands for /\ssassination \/acation, a reliably active and well-known (at least in our circles) Trenchwars & Realistic Survival clan with a 6 month history.
Apparently, someone has recently fielded a clan with the tag /\/.
I absolutely make no claim to some kindof bullbollocks 'copyright' on my clan's tag, but if the leaders of /\/ see this post, I respectfully suggest that they consider a tag that is less likely to be confused with the tag of /\\/ which stands for the /\ssassination \/acation.

Happens all the time, a clan gets popular and new players make their own clans with similar tags. Often times way too similar.

For example;
Some*(Leave their name unmentioned) founded a clan called whit, to rival BLAK (My clan, It's A TW clan)
Which was quite funny. Pretty sure it was boycotted to hell by everyone.
But it is kind of annoying.

I met an old friend with the tag --/\/-> and I thought that it may have been AV.
When It's actually a clan called "Neutral".
And I think that is the clan you are talking about Dizzy.

They are all in the EL server atm, abusing the !admin and !RM (my personal command)

Oh yeah,RM,those were the guys who're just a "Saw and Law" clan... I think they used to be TS and SC and they sort morphed together. Beware to keep your servers a tad private,those guys hog it with their damn "Saw Duels"

Man, .:|BAM|:. is an R/S clan that has been around for 4+ years. Soooo many clans have copied the tag. Nothing you can really do about it :/

He was serious... he thought I donated EL's server to /\/, but for what? A peace offering? An alliance? Umm... no, but yeah Joker, they over use our server, I can check all my S&L logs, and I can garantee someone always says "Lets go our clans server u13.net 30063 luck" because I always go check my logs, and heh, they say it. Last time I was in the EL server on ARSSE, and they said to someone from FTM (Emma), I invited her to go, so we could 1vs1, and they said "GTFO Emma, this is our clans server" and it was someone from -[SC]-. which is now /\/.
Time to ban the tag =S
Also, look at thier accusations, such jerks. He was being serious too. I ownt him 35-8 at the end =S

Haha,I was right. Those guys are freaking annoying. I say we cut of their heads if anyone with the *Fishy Tag* comes on our luck server. They think its just for their annoying saw duels.. Gah,lol,They used to use R7's server as their saw arena. They changed their pass and those damn saw nubs have no clue where to find it (Fracs). So the hordey little nubs get on our server.
Augh.. lol.. we should do some punishment to them.. and yeah,I hate the line " Wanna go to our server for saw duel? u13.net|30063|luck???" When its not theirs.

Sigh, I heard about these guys they think that they own everything. I went in there and they told me to get out of MY server. I just lol'd. They tried vote kicking me which failed. Also they claimed that they was better than /\\/ so I suppose this is the most arrogrant clan so kill them......

I'm in the middle of training Midnightlight, in a 1vs1 and I was giving him good tips and I was basically gunna give him the rest of his trial right after, then CM Punk comes in with his team (the one I handed his ass to 35-8) and a bunch of other XS guys, and they say "Spec, we got cw or leave or we'll vote kick you."
I said "You vote kick anyone, and you won't see the server for the next 30 days."
And, we got a script installed that flashes "~!EL~ Elite Legion" and they act like the server is thiers... I really dared them to vote kick me. Dizzy, me and you, and if Flying wants to tag along, the 3 of us should beat thier asses bad and teach them a lesson or two.
DD, maybe we should change the pass and inform all our friends and members?

Mozzer, I'm not complaining about the tag. I'm complaining about how they come in to EL'S SERVER and they go to cw, and they try to force our members to either spec or leave.
You see, it's not about a tag with me, they are vote kicking my members, and they come to the server in mass numbers, so I need to use the /kickall command every so often.

It was mainly because I messed up in R/S pretty bad,you have to start somewhere,and for me,it was the first server I saw when I joined Soldat.. !Elite server..

EDIT: Just asked some people in my climb server, one of them said he saw a few earlier today, so no it's not dead.

Edit: so i just found out that AV was killed by EL and someone else took over. anyone verify?

L0ve came first as <3* (I started it in June 05). </3* came as a result when there were a few that opposed the clan. [<3] is just some completely coincidental Aussie clan. But I believe <3* came first.

They died ;) Most saw clans like that end up lasting for a couple days only.
