I think he wants ice fire/snowcapped mountains.......

Flames really haven't much place in a soldat mod... I can't think of an instance where they'd fit correctly. You could do them in maps... make a map with flames or something.

Hi, I'm a qualified graphic designer and if you would like me to make you flames then you can just kiss it because I only work for money.
