Title: Crimson Glory (Lul help plox D:)

Well I downloaded/extracted and played the game, and I can't seem to do anything cept fly around this island, shoot the plane(lol) and jetpack through the clouds. Halp <.<
Am I missing something, or is this all there is to do?
