Title: Short vid on linux

Yeah, so I finally decided to install ubuntu on my mom's really loaded ~$4,000 dell latitude. Specs:
 - Wine v1.0
 - 64 bit Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron
 - 2.4 ghz Intel Core 2 Duo
 - 4 gigs of ram
 - Nvidia Quadro NVS with 140megs of onboard ram

I get pretty good FPS when I'm not recording the game in a video, roughly 80 FPS.

I've attached the video in a zip archive in the ogg video format, you'll need VLC to play it.

I've uploaded it to youtube, the quality is pretty horrible, though: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UgRoscPIB4k

Yeah, I wish she let me pick one out for her, but I guess the price wasn't completely rediculous because it was bundled with the Adobe CS3 Master Collection and Microsoft Office 2007 Professional.

She's really addicted to it and quite good with it, probably because of all the college graphic design classes she's taken.

The quality of the Youtube video is awful, but nice fps and stuff. Whenever I play soldat with wine it freaks out so I just use windows for it :( My computer is awful.
