Title: Announcements

I think it would  be nice to add voice announcements to Soldat when scoring a multiple-kill - similar to UT. Also, add text announcements about players having a killing streak.

in version 1.5 wav files will be allowed
and in scripting i think it will be possible to play these files on double kill triple etc

There was a mod that had a voice saying things like 'Headshot!' 'Double Killer' and other kill sprees, I just forget what mod or was and he made it. :s
