If u have few minutes u can write a script which moves player to another team if difference beetwen teams is more than 2 players
like
Alpha=6
Bravo=4
it sets random player from alpha to bravo, i want it to set random, not the worst one :)

Just try setting it up and ask for help in here if you got any problems using that script!

actually i believe it isn't 100% perfect, bugs sometimes :(
contact me if u need help setting to the ini file if u are to use it
