I think the reply email should have the name of the thread in the actaul email. Most of the time i open emails due to the name of sender not the title. Just a suggestion.

so... once you open the e-mail, then look at the subject?

I'll go in and hack the code to change it when I get the chance.  I'll add it to my to-do list
