I downloaded a mod but the interface dosent pop out do you have to register to have the interface of the mod to work or you dont because if you dont can someone tell me whats wrong?

did you but all the interface mods in the right folder?

To have a custom interface, yes, you need to be registered.

If the interface is only a modification of the default interface, you may use it (it'll probably say whether or not the interface requires registration).

If the interface is just changing the look of the bars, then you don't need to register.
If they actually move around, change in size etc, then you do need to register
