Title: Requesting Simple Weapon

 [knife]  Hi, my request is pretty simple, i just want to change my knife. ;)

As i can't do it, i'm asking someone to make it for me. Instead of a knife i want  sword. A japonese katana called Sakabatou. I would like the sword both in the game and in the weapons menu.

If possible i'd like you to change the sound of the knife into the sound of drawing a sword from its holster. ;D

well, the animation would be awful long (if i understood, you want to have the atack animation to be actually *soldat pulls out sword, slashes, outs it back*), and probably unusable in multiplayer, the range would stay the same unfortunately
im not the moder here, just saying my thoughts
but i could search some sounds

Yes the gaming would be affected because the knife range is smaller than a sword.But still, I'd get used to it ;)

The sound would be cool when changing to the knife/sword ("Take out the sword" sound) and stabbing with it. But the stab doesn't need to be the whole "Take out sword, slash, put it back in", could be only the slash. :D

Wait.. you want a reverse edged sword in particular? Couldn't you just accept one of the normal katana mods that are out there? XD
I don't know any off hand, but there are katanas out there.

heres the anim, its an overhead slash, for the weapon-gfx an the sfx i cant help you, i tried to find some sounds, but nothing sounds normally

FMBM's WWII TCS is the first mod with a katana that comes to mind. And tbh there is no real difference between katana/wakazashi/tsurugi/whathaveyou at Soldat scale.

Well the customization is called customization for a reason. Yes i would really like to have a reversed edge katana, at least on the weapons menu. I know the reversed edge would be very hard to realize during the gameplay, so i would only need to see the reversed edge of the katana on the weapons menu.
