Title: You think you have many soldat maps?
Post by: rainrider on February 18, 2009, 07:04:09 am: Well, I've got over 9000 soldat maps. That's 3k more than MAD has (MAD - the map automation daemon collecting maps from every server around the world). Just wanted to show off my awesomeness : D

edit: almost all of my maps are in there. Cool.

Maps are constantly fading in and out of popularity and most of these are several years old. Most of them are still great fun, though. It'd be awesome of there was a server with nothing but maps older than a year.

Looks suspiciously like some kind of temporary file that was mistaken for the real map file and then overwrote it.

I'd upload them somewhere, but maps themselves weigh 650 MB - add to it sceneries (850 MB), textures (130 MB) and my 16kbps upload rate, all these elements make it impossible.

Burn it to a DVD and mail it to someone who has a good enough internet connection to upload it?
