For those out there who are testing the Soldat 1.5 beta (which is introducing the radio voice command feature) I have created an alternative pack of sound files named "Devil Radiopack".
The voice is sounding deeper, quite similar to the moderator off-voice from Unreal Tournament. The commands were spoken and modified by me though. I do like em, because they stand out better from the other in game sound effects.

Simply download and extract to your Soldat 1.5 beta folder to replace the existing ones (archive those beforehand, so you can revert if you don't like the voice commands from the pack).
