Title: 1.5.0 (Full/Patch) Runtime Error when Installing

When I try to install the full version or the patch, I get a runtime error right after I select the language (English).

Cannot Import dll:C:\Path_to_temp_folder\OCSetupHhp.dll.

I'm running Windows2kpro SP4.

Anychance of a download zip that doesn't require installing and just has the files I can copy into place? :)
