Hi , when i play in a normal server or a dodgeball server the game goes fine and without any lagg but when i enter on a r/s server my ping changes from 30 to 250 every 15 secs but its very strange because its only on r/s servers ( Like Leo's or no Lagz ). Please help me , i think this isnt normal.

It laggs in chateau , i reinstalled the map but it continues lagging , help me plz.

Same, nVIDEA 8600 M GT (Laptop) 4gb ram 2.5 core 2 duo.
I get this aparrently at random. Tried restarting router, restarting computer, reinstalling soldat... Was only user on the network at the time so im pretty sure its not a network issue.

What FPS do you get on cs_chateau and, say, ctf_Cobra? (Press F3 to get FPS information.)

Around 60 , but the lagg grows in a sec , is how the game stops and then continues , but only stops 1 second .

Its on all r/s servers but in normal server not.

Are the servers local to your country?

try running in cmd :
ping {ServerIPNumber} -t
{ServerIPNumber} = the realistic server's IP you'r trying to connect
check out if there'r ping jumps too.

This happens to me... a lot. However, I don't believe that it's the client in my case, I think it's actually my fucking ISP. The lag that I experience will sometimes spike consecutively every few seconds to every second at worst. It looks almost like a wave on an occiliscope. I've had it with pretty much every version of Soldat I've played.. save the ones I played through a different ISP. My ISP purposely filters and slows game packets - because they are assholes. The only way I can have at the very least - no restrictions on game data is by forking over a good $200 a month, they would still slow down torrent packets though - so, even if you are downloading a torrent file that is perfectly legal (as in no copyright infringement) it is still nice and slow as mollases for you.
