hey guys,i started this tread to know more about playing styles, and to create my own one. ;)
-
Rape & get raped.
-
damaging and flag capping.
-
In normal I like to rush as much as possible, whereas in R/S I usually play very defensively.
-
I am a defensive player in CTF.
-

"HURRY UP VIS"
Oh, and I tend to rush a lot.
-
Rusher, perverted stalker.
-
I'm usually a midfielder.
I go up and help my teams getting the flag, and if our flag is taken. I will go back and kill the enemy flag carrier. Most of the time, I usually hold the middle ground, so my rest of the team can go through easier and get the flag.
-
The fastest Rusher in soldat.
-
MP5. Nuff said.
-
I like to move around a lot and be agile, as a baz user this throws a lot of people off as they expect you to be rather static. I then use this to lure people into following me, which isnt very smart against a sniper.
-
In CTF I rush for the flag or the flagger.
In DM I try to take control of the game and steal kills.
-
i'm starting to get a playing style :o
i'm becoming a stealth killer,i stay hide until someone pop up,them a shot/throw knife. (A.K.A camper) but not much,i keep moving to find the others guys when they don't show up =P
-
^
In DM, this style could get you a good KD but then people will catch on and start shooting hiding spots. And anyway, while you might have a good KD you wouldn't get good kills.
In CTF, it's actually a pretty good idea. Depending on where your teammates and the enemies are. If you have 2 teammates at base, then don't even bother killing him or he knows you're coming. Just tell your team. When he zooms past then you go in grab it and run :D
I dunno what my style is... I always like to have my flag safe in my base if I can help it, so I'll turn a lot when playing alt route. But then when it's clear I rush heaps to put pressure... so maybe midfield like tehsnipah
-
A whole lot of rushing, theres no strategy involved in my playing style at all. I run into mobs of players from the opposing team and keep doing it over and over again. ;D
-
I'm usually a midfielder.
I do that too, but only on small maps so once I die I can regain the control of the mid area easily.
-
I usually just run around and "absorb" damage ::) Other than that I run the flag, rarely have a good K:D but if my team wins I don't really care...
-
No.1, 0 death.
Speed, accuracy, tactics.
Take out strong players with Barrett and defend flag no matter what, wait for teammates to cap once.
Then rush full force with Barrett & Knife when the enemy's morale is down and kill the whole team, get flag.
Even the strongest of players cannot defeat an invisible camper who changes their location constantly, and once their morale is low it's easy to win in a 1v1 faceoff battle since the Barrett is the fastest kill weapon with longest effective range.
As long as you don't fight 3 enemies at once you will never lose if you master the Barrett & Knife.
-
I play in very few servers, some with limited choice of weapons.
In a zombie server, I use AK (no one said it should be against players)
In S&S, well, I use barrett and knife only. But other than that, there's still different tactics to be seen in that sort of match. I rush in the first leg of the match, try to get as many flag captures as possible, then midway through, I start camping near the middle of the map and moving around randomly. Then in the final few minutes, I stay near base, making sure our flag don't get grabbed, assist FFC in scoring, and going after EFCs.
If all else, I may completely reverse the order of tactics listed above.
-
At the beginning of the game i always run as fast as i can into their base and get flag, when i get it. Most of the time i help my teammates. Then I just move around and help where i think its good.
-
When I play Ctf I take the route which not many enemies are coming from then rush back with the flag. I use the Minimi and law.
-
Rushing, also spraying a lot.
Sometimes go ultimate crazy, stuff like that.
I usually use HK/Steyr/AK and LAW.
-
Rush, else I just run around in the middle of the map following teamchat-orders killing EFC and stuff. Doesn't work too good on Publics though :(
-
i vary a lot, firstly i go all in, exploding everything that comes by, then if my teams loosing i usually go capping or if i detect too much advance by the other team i go stationary with a Barret. I like to run fast to cap. I believe the best way to cap is without weapons. So we don't get the tendency of fighting back and loosing the flag opportunity. That's why i fight my way in, unloading everything i have, then i frop it all and run like nuts.

Not true, I took 3 vs 1 with a ret/knife.
Doubled with the rett, then knifed the last.
-
@up: they were newbs then.
All autos and spas user, best feeling in defence - that's why I love INF so much :).
-
Kill or be killed, the only game style there ever was.
-
Run at guy; throw one grenade at him; finish him off with spaz or mp5; reload; find grenade kit / health pack.
Rinse, repeat.
-

The only constant in your combat equation is the nade.
That's why I want the nade nerfed.

The equatioin is broken. it's first spray and then if necessary you nade. getting double kills with only guns is very possible (atleast with steyr). nades aren't overpowered.

Here goes the Steyr again...Ffs I get double kills with a single knife (Not dodgeball)...The spas, the mp5, the deagles, etc...
Why is it always the Steyr? Speaking of which, it's come to my mind that in this version of soldat (Especially Steyr) weapons are doing way too much damage, you get hit like what? 2-3 times with a weapon and you die...Wtf is it with that?
-
because steyr was an overused weapon. and nowadays it's only 25 bullets making double kill in 1 clip harder.
yes, DE is buffed. making a lot of people start using them, since they are 2-4hit kill weapon.
-
So many use the Barrett, it's pathetic. Use a real gun.
-
Gnoblar, I think I just saw you in CTF 2 minutes ago CAMPING WITH A BARRET ON A LEDGE IN CTF_KAMPFF.
-
So many use the Barrett, it's pathetic. Use a real gun.
The Barret, is the 3rd most skilled weapon in soldat after the deagles and the m79 friend...

ololloololol seriously? Have you ever heard of spray? Hahahahahahahahahhaahhahaha. Oh and a HUGE lol at "Morale is low" LOL. This is soldat, not Iraq.
-
I'm a Deagle/Law/Knife Rusher, for the first few rushes I generally just charge as fast as possible. When the game slows down a bit I still rush, but I play more intelligently.
I've also been know to be quite the lamer, which involves blind-shooting my law and sometimes a small scenery/flag camp.

This guy must think soldat is world war 1 or something. Oh and don't tell them what weapon to use, rushing with barret? You'll HAVE TO end up facing 3 enemies if not more...Don't forget nade spam, and spray.

Wrong.
Depending on how you throw your nade it can completely kill the guy, especially if the guy is running on the ground and the nade hits his feet. He'll usually get killed instantly and be exploded up.
Using a gun first is a waste of time. (at least according to my playing habits, so whatever)
-
I don't know my style well since I keep changing my weapons and adjust according to them, and my opponents. Basically, I try to play intelligently and I recognize that I'm a very slow-moving player.
-

That's funny because I am almost exactly like what you just listed there. I'm always switching between weapons and I'm also a very slow moving player as well, that's why I tend to like playing defensively.

You're slow, but when I saw you playing, you were a freakin tank. You usually never back up until you die. You don't waste your time on health and beserk through them. You are defined as
"Tank."
-
@jrgp: What you said is right but I'll have to complete it, cause it's not always the case, when facing an injured enemy you might not want to waste a nade that can possibly kill his backup with full health, when you can finish him off with 1 or 2 shots. That would save you the rush of reloading, a precious nade, and a possible backup man duel.
-
poontilicious.
-
It's called owningkzyatotheoblivion
-
In pubs I like to rape with my barrett, mainly to piss people off, and its fun (quite a few of you guys can attest to that D: ). In clan wars I rush like crazy with autos, spray, ect.. Or rush with an m79 to return the flag. In gathers, I mainly just dick off and do stuff I wouldnt normally do in a clan war to have fun.
But, in clan wars, the map and situation dictates exactly what I do, so I dont really have a sure fire style. Sure is fuN!
-
Rush with Deserts and get the Cap.
-
My playing style depends. If the opposing team has good players and are aggressive. I stay on my half as defence and support. If the teams are well balanced as in terms of skill and weaponry, I will usually go for the flag or protect teammates who are focused on the flag. I usually use the m79, even though it is a very difficult weapon to master. The bonus is, that I will boost if I need to be somewhere fast. Also that it is a one shot kill, it's helpful against ffc chasers.
Also, always using this weapon affects my playing style, in that I need a quick backup between shots. I've gotten quite decent at tossing Betsy. Unfortunately, my fail, is that I try to retrieve Betsy sometimes, when the action gets intense.
-
m79 nade knife/law
replace m79 with any weapon
if
{
minigun
}
replace knife/law with socom
-
Well I'm still new to the game so I'm trying to find what works and what doesn't. I prefer using the AUG and running into battle, then taking out foes with my knife. I also like to snipe.
-
Gotta attack as fast as I can and pwn enemies.
-
So many use the Barrett, it's pathetic. Use a real gun.
And what would that real gun be :|
-

Yes, what would it be?

He's just getting poont. Barr is as real as the others kekk.

Same as saying M79 should be deleted ...
In public servers I love annoying people when they get raped by my M79 or simply DE since I get them in moments they dont expect something to come (M79 ricocheing on Ash :P ). Hmm, I get often voted on publics when using M79 for "being a M79 noob" :) Kind of noobish to say I am a M79 noob if I am first with it and everyone else uses a barret or an auto ;D
When playing clanwars I play mostly spas, eagles and ruger combined with knife. I rush then through the enemies and kill as much as possible, maybe grab a flag when my teammates arent able to and defend on the other hand our own flagbase, so the enemy team wont know where to expect me next :) Since I am not that long in the clanwar thing I am not as good as most other players but it makes hellacious fun ;D
-
No gun in soldat should be deleted they should maybe be fixed like it speed and ammo and more stuff but not deleted none of the guns :|
-
always covering others! Covering the flag carrier.... Im mostly defencive player. :P
-
I tend to go with my mood. :p
If I'm mad, I really like using HK or Spas coupled with a LAW or knife and just run around killing people. It's not really berserkering, I still keep my mind and focus on the game so that I have the advantage at all times.
Then again, experimenting with weapon combos is really fun to do once in a while. Ak + Saw is really funny, you have to rely a lot on your aim and your control of the gostek to kill anything. Of course, with the 1.5 AK being nicer than the 1.4.2 (I dunno why XD) it's still not really a challenge, but yeah.
Otherwise, I tend to just pick what works for the map and the route I plan to take. I also need to switch weapons often to adapt to my enemies in my route.
My overall team role would be a rushing tank, I just get in, get the flag, kill the enemies, cap, defend the base for the next cap... I think. XD
-
I'm mixed between tank and rush, i love to defend the other guys with low hp, but the adrenalin which you get by rushing for cap is pretty cool too... I mostly use Ruger/Barrett and the USOCOM (called so !? ^^)... But atm. I'm only on climbing and blowup server's...
-
Use an M79 on groups, finish them off with a grenade if necessary and roll behind cover and throw a grenade if being shot at with an auto.
Either that or barrett/Law, but either way works.
-
My style is more support and backup using mainly Steyr AUGs or FNs. If on the defensive, I use Rugers or Barrets. In Infiltration, I fufill those rolls finely and if in CTF, I try to step it up a notch.
I want to adapt a new style however, which I'm still working on.
-
Depends on how i feel. i will either rush or just float round the middle.
but i always use teh Degals or rugar + knife
-
@Gnoblar:
You see, this is why I hate soldat players' stereotype.
They think Barrett and M79 are fucking cheap. They only see the good side and not even consider the bad side.
Look man, I would love to spank you about your wrongs, but here's the explanation of why it is the real gun.
Barrett's good side, it has a long range attack that is fastest and strongest. And it could also scope, so they can be a little secured from sprayers.
Bad side? wtfbink, wtfstartup, and wtfmovementaccuracy. Seriously, those are the main factors why it's hard to control/tame Barrett. The automatics can take care of those with ease if they see the snipers in their screen; or might as well spray and pray.
Some players (like) me know how to control those above. This gives some pub players "hacker" and other bull shit namings. They think it's cheap to have a one shot long range killer that looks hella easy to control, but they just simply suck with it.
Also, think of a common sense, is there any, ANY fucking movie that you see a sniper going into front-line of the war like a fucking Rambo? I don't think so. They stay back and secure their team with their long range weapon.
THIS is why all the guns are real guns man. Even those one shots and Ruger piss you off, deal with it. Every gun has its big flaws.
-
tehsnipah I can shoot people while I'm binked, with the Barret, moving people. It's a hard skill to master but it's a good one. I so far have 30% chances of working bink shots out, but my a friend of mine, a good soldat player, used to hit every single one his bink shots. (At his prime)
Nowadays he gets called "aimer noob" on pubs, while I get called "no-bink hax"
Gimme names!

Not gonna name drop, stalker. Get a life.
Get a life? I'm not the one talking here how my hit percentage is about 30% if I'm binked, and that my friend has "mastered" and his hit% is oober 100!
I could say I'm 110% sure your friend would get poonted in even a gather, I suppose he's a lil better than an average public player.
-
Run, Crouch, LAW, Run, DEagle, Nade, Nade, Run, DEagle, Nade, Die.
-
@Dusty: From your opinions on the gameplay I wouldn't even consider what you just said...He's too weak on English to play gathers, but I'd love to see you pick up your jaw after he's kicked your a in a 1on1, master. And having a good eye for percentages doesn't mean I got no life.
Gathers are not about english, and I'd love to see him playing. Also, I find counting how many times you hit someone much more no life -ish than asking the name of someone who's playing well.
Besides, I never said he hits 100% you blind f***. Learn to read.
-- but my a friend of mine, a good soldat player, used to hit every single one his bink shots.
You didn't? Well I suppose you misunderstood me, I meant when binked. I myself thought it was expressed clearly enough, but apparently I was wrong :'(
+ If I really was blind, I couldn't be arguing here now could I? Get your facts straight plz!
-
I obviously have the a true champion's playing style.
-
This is from a site called nonesensopedia, A Polish humour site that has articles about soldat, humorous articles ofc.
It has an article about how different types of players find their fun on a game:
# Według gracza z SCTFL - Resp, wybiera Steyra/Desert Eagles/Rugera, rozwala caly klan z 1 ligi, koniec rundy. W następnej Resp, bierze Knife/Punch (pięści), wbiega w respa klanu z 1 ligi, zabija ich tracąc 10%hp, bo źle rzucił granatem.
Means that to a player from SCTFL (Like Jerich the almighty :D )
It's respawning, choosing a steyr\deagles\ruger, then destroying a whole clan of 1st grade players, end of round.
Next round he takes a knife\fists and runs into the respawn of the 1st grade clan, killing them all while only losing 10hp cause he threw a grenade badly.
-
+ If I really was blind, I couldn't be arguing here now could I? Get your facts straight plz!
For the sake of argument (which has nothing to do with me :))
I know a couple of blind persons, and actually they could read this forum. But... i cant imagine why they would read it, because they cant play soldat.
But when playing I try to be a team player, meaning that I change my play style all the time depending on the situation.
-
M79 noob. thats what i do best :)
-
M79 noob. thats what i do best :)
Ahhh go away, SHOO! :P lol
I usually rush with the mp5, with socom as a secondary (Can't tell you how many times that lil bugger saved me :)).
-
I rush into battle with my sniper and M72 LAW
-
Attack with cool incoming, and then get killed without cool incoming.
-
GO f**kING CRAZY AGGH RUN AT PPL JUMP OFF THINGS BACKFLIP . Possibly use everygun depending on the situation. Give me more time and I will have just about every gun under my power. O and GO f**kING CRAZY
Is that a good style?
jerich ses: I obviously have the a true champion's playing style.
I say you obviusly haz teh A tru champanons typun stylez. Plus I pwn hard so i would say the same about mine.
-
My style is.. speed, agility, element of surprise.
I use those to:
~ ambush enemies from high above
~ get close enough to the enemy to ensure I won't miss
~ pass by the enemy so fast that he can barely hit me
~ do distractive maneuvres to make enemy waste ammo
~ throw nades really far
~ escape to safety fast
I use terrain, backflips and momentum to maximum advantage to get into the best position to defeat the enemy. For me it's crucial, since Aug (which i use the most) isn't very accurate and runs out of ammo super fast.
So my pattern usually is:
speed up - backflip and jet - ambush enemies, hopefully killing one or two with one clip and nades - keep moving to the closest cover with more nades and medkits while reloading.
-----------
But sometimes I'm keeping a lower profile (on big open maps or maps with low jet, or when I'm simply bored and decide to play in defence). I use longer range weapons (AK, Ruger, Barrett, Law) and shoot from one spot. When enemy gets close - I use nades to boost the enemy away and hope my agility saves my ass til I find some medkits and more nades.
-
LOL,just copied p0ppin style =P
-
hey guys,i started this tread to know more about playing styles, and to create my own one.
Depending on the Game mode and the ammount of players, it's either CHARGE! CHARGE! CHARGE! or hide, observe & kill.
The 1st option is good for CTF-Games in order to put some pressure on the enemy, the second one will work best in DM/TDM.
-
I obviously have the a true champion's playing style.
oooh, so that's why you suck.
-
Hack N' Slash! lol not really
-
Stealth and camping-
In usual cases, i could infiltrate the enemy base without being noticed, from there on, i would relay information about them to my teamies.
Rarely would i charge head on into battle, and rarely would i be able to survive it.
I kinda take the Sniper role on ALL kinds of shooting games, so you can bet i would be camping in a place near you, often, i would change sniping positions so as to not give away my location, give strategic sniper support whenever necessary and also when the enemy does'nt know im 'there'.
Main tip- always use scenery to your advantage, so you can have a better chance of surviving.
-
I do the same - changing positions - because opposing players will know where I am once I kill them. It's also fun to have a little variation and surprise.
Scenery is great for sniping, I agree. But sometimes I lay on very open terrain, mostly on hills, and snipe long distance in an attempt to gain a early but hard shot.
-
The only reason I call someone an m79 noob is when more than 90% of their kills are a result from pointblank shots - something I am furious that still doesnt cause enough damage to be an insta-selfkill. To counter those that want their boostjumps - lessen the damage against the feet, or do your boostjump using splash damage and not direct damage.
-
I don't use the m79 at all. I guess that I don't like its effectiveness, in my opinion. Of course there are people that disagree, I'm guessing yourself, but I prefer other weapons.
I'm starting to really love the knife. I run into a tunnel with knife-in-hand and sprint into the enemy.
-
My tactic is to rush and shoot like hell. Too bad that it doesnt work :(
-
I'm the kind of player who is just everywhere,1 second I'm right in front of u killing the shi7 out of Ur gostek and then 1 and a half second later I'm pwning Ur teammates and stealing ur flag lol! the kind of guy who is agile enough to dodge a incoming law and still killing u! You JUST GOT MALLOWNED!
-
WOW mallow that was epic you must be really good holy ballz!!
-

Wow, now I know that wasn't sarcasm, anyways, real pros (As far as soldat is concerned) don't brag their asses off on the forums. So that removes the chance of it...

Seems to me that you don't know the IRC community very well.

I play different depending on my mood.
Most commonly in CTF:
I rush matrix style with some sick dodging and fancy shots and some luck involved. Its really fun to mess around with people in pubs with my movement speed, seeing them unable to track me until I get overwhelmed by a bunch of them from all sides which happens pretty often because either I stick around in their base too long or they spawn back too fast.
If I'm feeling lazy, I might set up a camp and take out incoming foes at my base, but usually I take matters into my own hands and go rambo in CTF. Occasionally I might play as a meatshield for an FFC when I get a chance.
Another fun, if not a bit nasty play style that I use in DM with few people 1-3 is to camp and take out players with a one shot weapon. After I kill someone, I instantly hide in another bush and kill a new foe from there and then shift to another place to hide around the map, killing from unexpected places randomly. People usually leave the server from frustration if I play like that. : (
-
well im usually playing as alter though I dont really play exactly the same everytime. Usually I run away while my base is full and get caps, this has been working for me in a long time now. I like sneaking but only when im using ak, AUG sounds too much. When im playing as main I usually try to be the target so my teammate can shot them without any trubble, meanwhile I try to get the flag.
-
usually playing main route as defender with aug/ak/minimi, lately I've been playing a lot of alt route though with m79.
-
/facepalm
-
CTF
- Lag.
I'm a lagger, so I use it to my advantage.
Learn how to eat. There's several things you can do to increase eat! (Yeah it's true, don't tell me otherwise)
- Fast and sneaky.
Going less used routes. Rush to flag. Trapping enemies while returning to base. Lot's of flips!
- Learn the map.
You gotta know that god damn map!
- Pay close attention to enemy tactics.
Within the first few encounters with someone, you can learn their basic strategy.
- Pay attention to your interface.
- Teamwork.... (Often one sided teamwork, I quite frequently join a team that shows know teamwork)
OMG, I could tell you a story about a ctf game with no teamwork....
But I won't. Let's just say I stopped playing Soldat for 2-3 weeks just because of that one match.
It was the most frustrating 10 minutes of my life!
Anyway. They're basically the 6 rules I play by!
They're all pretty important.
But knowing tactics, and learning how to counter them, while moving as fast as possibly is enough to keep me above last place.
-
i just found a nice new way to play: going into a alternative route and sneaking from behind is the funniest way to play!
-
It's already beginning to loop here and it's just the same stuff being said, this is becoming annoying.

I aggree. People don't really describe their style - just "rush with saw", "spam with nades", thats about it. Not much fun to read. :/

Anyone for locking this thread?
Once someone actually has something original to say, it can be unlocked.

What's the point of locking it?
If you don't want to read it, then don't.
This thread isn't doing any harm.

It's looping and just the same stuff repeating itself...
-
be realistic, everyone plays like I said in the first post.
-
I'm a Rusher. I like to do get my hands dirty with an automatic or a shotgun. :)
-
Berrett&Knife Rusher , today, im poor-capping, in 1.4.2 i used to cap a lot, but there is no motivation, instead of +20 now is 0 points reward.
-
Rush starter.
Deagle spawn killing.
MidMap enemies rush stopper
I cant be the FC cuz some of my moves throw the flag away, anyway i like to kill and make some /ragequits
-

Sniper Camper.
I love bush Camping lol
-
Hacker
not really.
I like to camp.
-
I like to flank and ambush campers.
And everyone else. ;O
-
Public: Defensive. I use AK + knife to clean the map from threats and campers (those ain't threats). If the situation allows it I rush with a teammate to the enemy flag and support him getting back to our flag. Safe playing is the best at hectic pubs imo.
CW: Ruger/HK/Spas + Knife/SOCOM. I start usually using the HK and spawn enemys while my teammate scores. Afterwards I start defending our base with the Ruger. In the last minutes I use the Spas and rush to the enemy flag and usually nadeboost to score one last time. Pretty phunny because most players cannot react properly on that tactic :)
Hexer: Offensive playing style. Most of the time I go for frags via M79/Barret + knife/LAW and just try to piss everyone off without insulting them.
-
I like how 90% of the peoples' tactics here involve "pwning everything that moves, and doesn't, to kingdom f**king come".
-
to clean the map from threats and campers (those ain't threats).
You clearly haven't seen a good camper.
-
Shooting at polys with M79 and Grenades.
M79 FreeStyle rules all.
My secondary GameStyle should be CTF, though.
I use MP5/DE with Combat Knife.
-
in CTF using a m79 in narrow spaces or plain high diagonal spaces to block a path while im backed up with a law in case a rush happens
-
I camp in INF, CTF, DM, RM
I love camping!
-
I'm usually a midfielder.
I go up and help my teams getting the flag, and if our flag is taken. I will go back and kill the enemy flag carrier. Most of the time, I usually hold the middle ground, so my rest of the team can go through easier and get the flag.
same here, or im a full offensive or full defensive, depending on my mood

hahahaha so do i XD

Does spawn killing be called as playing style? Because if it is....
-
In CTF, if I'm running towards the enemy base and I see a person walking near my base, I stop what I'm doing, go back, and chase the dude with my sniper/ruger. Once he's done, I then proceed to going near the enemy's base. Rinse-repeat.
This is why I often tend to win CTF matches with the highest number of kills, since capping no longer gives you 25 (I think it was 25) bonus points.
Granted this usually takes place on public servers where I'm playing with noobs. I'd get my ass kicked if I did this in a gather or clan war. (Which is why I rarely take part in them nowadays)
-
Capping was worth 20 points.
And you are a pervert stalker!
-
Sniper. I love watching those guys bitching about campers and how lame it is.
-
I have only 2 gaming styles right now..
First one is b***h...
I clear the way for the main force.
And I got the pvp style, I hunt enemyes 1 by 1...
-
camp n' saw enemy passerbys.
jk

The whole point of camping well in a match with enough players that it won't really help you rush is to be annoying and harrass the enemy team enough that they start attempting to take you out more than attempting to rush to your flag. Then switch position. In the best possible case they might switch to barrett themselves, and in the worst case you can still pretty effectively hold clear a single lane at a time.
Nothing's more fun for a sniper or more annoying for a rusher to go after the people you see breaking through your lines and shoot them in the back from the midfield just as they reach the flag, too. :)
-
camping is a tactic but i'm a veteran tactitian so I spectate
-
I camp and blindfire with barret. Get lots of cheap kills that way.
-
I spawnkill. Shit works.
-
you're a n-word-gger
-
rushing hard
-
run n gun
[Alphaguy]
-
I've tried playing with different "styles", each time failing, but also learning something new about the game. Nowadays I just play and let my intuition decide what kinda playing style I should be using for the specific situation.
-

Pro! <3

These things are of course changeable but I'm usually more a rusher type than a static camper. I try to gain ground - and if possible grab the flag - rather than just getting my kills.
However in TW nowadays I sometimes go back to heal when badly hurt, especially when I'm a medic, so I suppose that I have become a bit more "complete" as a player lately.
-
Rush everything. prone cancel and cannonball everywhere avoiding bullets pissing people off and getting accused of hacks
-
My playing style is Get a ol' trusty AK and a LAW and teach the enemy the meaning of fear 8)
-

Oh... Yes , Fixed it ;D

I'm emphasize on speed and precision.
In ctf, I always rush as fast as possible, and use barret to kill enemies immediately so that I can cap the flag.
I always drill the skill of barret, and I know that if you want to master on it, you shouldn't have any hesitation or you'll lose your precision.
This is my playing style. :)
-
Here are few of my tactics (playing styles)...
1. The Scorer AK n' LAW and lets massacre! ( Its the best weapon configuration for me)
2. Spec Op MP5 n' Knife (for close combat fighting and silent take-downs)
3. Sniper (Sandwich eater) Barrett n' LAW/Pistol ( lying in grass and waiting for the enemy while in RL eating a sandwich with the w,a,s,d hand)
-
I am a defensive player and middle or offensive player in CTF.
-
Steamkiller. I suppose that's what you want.
