Title: Connection problem, timout, and must leave server.

Hello,

I have some problems since 1.5, when I join a server, after about 5-6minutes playing, i have the message :

"connection problem"
"connection problem"
"connection problem"

...

"connection timeout"
"connection timeout"

...

Then I must leave the server, and when I'm trying to rejoin the server :
"Requesting game...."

And when I try an other server, that's work's! but when I return to the initial server... still doesnt work, with the message "Requesting game"..... and after a moment, (a long moment, 10mins), I can rejoin.



PS: When that's happen, I don't have any problem on "ventrilo", so it's probably not my connection... but I don't know, thank's you to help me, please :$...

Are you using a wireless connection?

I'm really confused, it seems like firewall was doing it but for 10 minutes? Weird. Never had this problem... :D And how in your opinion wireless connection can affect it?

yes I'm using wireless connection, and my firewall (windows vista) is off.

I tryed to reinstall soldat several times, but still the same problem..

Wireless cant be trusted, as it isnt reliable, no matter how good the signal is.
It doesnt do anything with 1.5, as you would have the same problems in 1.4.2 but that is happening randomly, so the problem isnt in the version but your connection.

Solution:
Get a wired connection.

also check your router has the ports open, i'm on wireless and had the same problem, I could join servers and request everything so i thought the ports were not blocked but, when i set the ports to open i stopped getting cps at all x)
