Title: Ec Servers have crashed

Just a few minutes ago all Ec servers crashed, and i cannot access my Phpcommander. Did he shut it down for scedualed matenance? Or is there a problem? My main question is: How long till they are back online?

And Hexer server is up (of course it's hosted by eC).
I can access to PHP-Commander without problems.
Also other eC public servers work just fine.
So I guess problem is solved?

Savvis DC was performing some maintenance on one of their core routers, and they failed to notify me beforehand. I hastily contacted them and its been back up for a few hours now. The machine itself didn't go down, just the entire 72.232.0.0/16 network.

And yeah, submit a support ticket (http://support.enesce.com) next time please.
