As like on subject i want make a modding crew.
I really need someone who can make pretty gfx of weapons, gostek, interface.
I also need man who make sparks gfx.
And i need dude who make (with me) sfx for weapons etc.
I make other things and sfx.
Plz, help me... :D

croat1gamer is right, first make a mod and then if you ask for a modding CREW (not Kr3w, gosh) I might help on something.
But if you just want to do like 'hey people I'm new and I want your attention' make something and we will see

So, you will never be a ass-kicking modder when you will only manage the mod. You must move your lazy fat ass and try to make it ALONE. Without any help.

Hey, everyone needs to start modding themselves- and of course being good at it, before deciding to start a modding team. Else, everyone who's in your team will start questioning your rights, and probably take over the whole team, forcing you to leave it. being a leader is one thing, but being a leader without any skills is suicidal.
At the same time, your teammates might have other matters to worry about than the mod, so you would also need to find a way to fill in the gaps while he/they are gone.

Rulez, lets see some of your work (after all if you want someone to join your "kr3w" they are going to need to know what their leader is capable of).
A reasonable request I would say.

I have problem with upload my mod. But i change in this mod EVERYTHING (sound of weapon take too ;D)

almost all of those weapons look like you took the outline from the original soldat weapons, messed with them a bit and then repainted them...
I'm not "dissing" your work BUT if you want to lead a modding team you will need to be a little better.

The SoldatForums Mod (http://forums.soldat.pl/index.php?topic=25023.0). A lot of people made the mod. Each gun was created by someone different, and then -Skykanden- put it all together.

Yeah you are right Blacksheepboy, but SFMod was totally fail, I would like to try it again but the main problem of mod coops is different styles, maybe is not a big problem but makes the mod a bit random'ish
Master of Rulez, not bad for a first mod, but not good enough, try to make your own weapons and do not mod the default ones, at least if your point is not that one

Not bad if that's your first, but you need focus more on shapes. As for shading do it as you like except plain gradient. Some people like plastic-like guns, some like textures (look at Wraithlike's Sleaze mod), some 3d'ish (Dairy, papasurf), some video game/console/arcade-like (best example in this is -Skykanden- mods), modern style mods (Espadon) and some like retro, sf/rts (MattH), oldschool/retro (Vltava). You cant satisfy everyone's tastes but you can surely get some attention and popularity if doing any progress in your modding.

Make feel that player can murder somebody using these weapons. It's not about photorealism or mastering pixelart style. It's about in-game killing eXperience. Make me feel that I can cause brain damage to my enemies, mix their guts and crush their bones. Will they suffer the pain. If you can do that, this will be good mod. Good mod is when it have psycho mood. No love, no good, no mercy, just few mental guys killing each other with deadly weapons. This is what Soldat is created for. For virtual genocide.

Graphics are 2nd aspects. Theme is 3rd. Gameplay is 1st, everything. If gameplay will provide full atmosphere and experience, all other aspects is the matter of improving gfx/sfx and balance.

Ok, ok. When I repair other computer I upload my mod. I also do second mod withvery brutal weapon (like u say). :P
