Just skimmed through the "do not suggest" and I didn't see this one so I'll just say it.
Was cwing today, clan on alpha was being annoying but I wanted my clan to be heard for commands and such. Didn't want to /muteall and it would take too long to /mute each one ( 15 seconds but that's still time :p )
What if we could /mutealpha or /mutebravo? or /mutered /muteblue or something.
Just a suggestion, thoughts etc?
(if this has been suggested just delete mods )

/mute<teamid>? That would be nice.

That clanwar was in r/s right... Lol
I don't suggest this. Take your time to /mute (number)

Yes but in normal mode or gathers I'd love to be able to do that too.

or that :o

I say very yes. First thing I thought when /muteall was added.

tell EnEsCe to extend the /mute command with team, number, color.

Say one whole team is being an absolute dick to you in game, with the members flaming/etc. You mute the team. Then both teams get shuffled with each other and that team remains muted, but with different members. What then?

Not in a clanwar. The actual problem is that you can't just stop playing to mute every player that is annoying you.
I suggest to mute every player in the team you choose and just these players and not the team at all. If someone left and someone else joined this certain team he wouldn't be muted.

There is /mute and /gmute.
Why not use /tmute for team mute?

Well, if you made this one mute based on team instead of ID, like DarkCrusade said, it could work around the problem jrgp mentioned.
